this is good stuff! Its cool to see a good blend of leadership and business philosophy mixed in here. I also appreciate how he GIVES PERMISSION to church leaders.. They need it! Not sure ours does, but others do!

We have been doing a lot of these types of cuts at the radio station lately. Getting rid of programming that had been around for a long time in order to usher in something new and better. And, just like Reggie mentioned, some of these changes have not been popular, but they have grown on people.
